Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

 

Returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations are not allowed for digital download products. Once you have been given access to your digital download the transaction is considered complete. Should you experience complications while performing the download, our team will work to assist you with the process.

Physical products that include customized details (names, dates, photos, etc.) are non-refundable. Every custom product will not be finalized until the buyer authorizes the template. Due to the cost of production after the template is completed, refunds at this stage of production will not be available.

Physical products that do not include customization will, usually, allow for a 10-day return. In most circumstances, if the product does not meet the buyer’s expectations and the product is returned within ten days of receipt, a refund can be offered. Specific refunds will be explained on each item’s listing. For any questions regarding the return of your specific purchase, please contact us at information@theoutdoorsquest.com.

To complete your return, we require the buyer of record to contact us within 10 days of receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back prior to contacting TOQ in writing and receiving a suggested resolution from our office.

Refunds can not be offered without the product being returned at buyer’s expense.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Products returned missing parts, altered, or containing other issues not addressed during the return process will typically be rejected for refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you believe your refund has not been processed:

Please check with your bank and your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at information@theoutdoorsquest.com and (once cleared by TOQ) send your item to:

Gifts

 

All returns and refunds must be processed through the original buyer. If you received the item as a gift, please contact the buyer to have that person arrange for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
